Great Video....Around 4:50 you redid a line in a different plane to close the opening. I havn't used Catia, but couldnt you have highlighted and copied the inner edge and paste in place it onto the new plane? seems like alot of work to imput dimensions again.

To solve the problem with line "hybridShapeSpline1.AddPointWithConstraintExplicit reference1, Nothing, -1#,1 Nothing, 0#", just erase the "#". The line should be "hybridShapeSpline1.AddPointWithConstraintExplicit reference1, Nothing, -1,1 Nothing, 0"

Hi thanks for video.I am having problem with catia software.sometimes tools are present in toolbar but i cant operate. need to go command list.for exaple constraint ,update even rotate zoom command.this is really irritating .software is in D drive since their was no space in c drive.can you give solution to this problem.it will be helpful.

You can use the cutting section ICON by sketch plane. and then we usually do inner ball by shaft icon............
